All Extension professionals are eligible to apply for a PSE mini-grant. To be eligible to receive grant funding, Extension professionals must submit a proposal that will be reviewed by the Steps to Health team. See grant proposal requirements and areas of evaluation below.

Grant Proposal Requirements

  • Limit proposal to 2 pages maximum. Use single spacing, 12 pt Arial font, and 1” margins.
  • The proposal must include all 6 areas of evaluation defined below.
  • The budget must not exceed $1,000. 
  • The proposed project must meet eligibility requirements for Steps to Health programs.

The PSE mini-grant will be offered annually and will provide up to $1,000 to fund PSE projects that support Steps to Health goals. Applications will open on October 1, 2021, and will be accepted on a rolling basis until December 15, 2021. Final awards will be announced by January 10, 2022. All awards must be spent by May 15, 2022. This is a reimbursement grant. Your reimbursement will be based on receipts or an approved p-card reconciliation.
